Things to consider when boarding pets

We always worry about pet boarding during holiday travel, how to get your pet a suitable place with a good environment? You need to prepare the following in advance.

1. Make a good examination of the boarding place

Pet restrictions: cats and kittens are recommended to be over 6 months old, dogs are recommended to be boarded over 20 pounds, too young or too skinny to get sick.

Boarding agreement: A formal boarding agreement is required! It is important to make it clear that you will be held responsible for any problems that arise during the boarding period to avoid disputes.

Foster items: You can bring your own familiar and favourite items to ease the discomfort of coming to an unfamiliar environment, and it is best to bring your own pet food.

2. Where to board your pet

Pet Shops: There are a lot of them close to home and they are relatively cheap.

Mostly cage boarding, consider if it is a nearby option and the dog is comfortable with the cage. Make sure the staff feeds food and water in sufficient quantities on time and walks the dog more than 2 times a day.Not recommended if the dog is used to loose boarding. The dog will be very reluctant, it is not boarding for the dog, it is a prison and the dog is likely to suffer from psychological depression and develop many problems.
